NIKON D7200
OVERVIEW
The Nikon D7200 replaced the D7100 in 2015. Both cameras offer very similar specifications
with the D7200 offering a larger image buffer, increased battery life and built in
WiFi.
SENSOR
The D7200 has a 24.2 megapixel, APS-C sized sensor with no optical low-pass filter.
ISO RANGE
ISO range is from ISO 100-25600, expandable up to 51200.
SHUTTER SPEED
The maximum shutter speed is 1/8000th and the D7200 will shoot at up to 6 frames
per second.
AUTOFOCUS
Autofocus has improved handling in low light offering 51 AF points of which 15 are
cross type.
VIEWFINDER & TOUCHSCREEN
Optical viewfinder offering 100% coverage on the rear a 3.2” fixed LCD with no touchscreen.
CONNECTIVITY
The D7200 now has built in WiFi and NFC. Dual SD card slots, USB, HDMI and both microphone
and headphone jack sockets.
FILE TYPES
JPEGS available as Fine, Normal and Basic with 14 bit RAW files as well.
VIDEO
Video quality is 1080p and the D7200 now has a new Flat picture prolife for better
colour grading.
