CANON EOS 80D
OVERVIEW
The Canon 80D is a DSLR at the enthusiast level and replaces the popular 70D model.
SENSOR
The 80D sports a 24 megapixel, APS-C sized sensor. Canon DIGIC 6 processor.
ISO RANGE
ISO range for the 80D is from ISO 100-16000 which can be expanded up to ISO 25600
SHUTTER SPEED
Maximum shutter speed of 1/8000th of a second. The 80D will shoot at up to 7 frames
per second.
AUTOFOCUS
Autofocus has 45 AF points all of which are cross type. The 80D also uses Canon’s
Dual pixel AF system.
VIEWFINDER & TOUCHSCREEN
Optical viewfinder has 100% coverage with a 3”, fully articulating touchscreen on
the rear.
CONNECTIVITY & STORAGE
Hi speed USB, HDMI plus 3.5mm jacks for both microphone and headphone input. WiFi
and NFC connectivity.
FILE TYPES
JPEGS in Fine and Normal. RAW files as 14 bit.
VIDEO
Video is available at 1080p at up to 60 frames per second.
